The hotel's rooms were in desperate need of a makeover, but I did enjoy the fantastic view over the harbour area. The service was mostly courteous, with one incident involving a request for coffee that wasn't handled well. The location, while on an elevated platform, had a bit of a diesel smell detracting from the experience. The dining options were average but satisfying, and the facilities needed some improvement.
